Look at the Process

This is a tub which has been refinished once before. We have to strip it before we can begin the refinishing process.

Bathtub

This is the tub being etched with the etch that we make in our facility.

Bathtub

This is our primer on the bathtub. The primer is a water resistant Epoxy primer that has a Silane coupling agent added to it before we apply it on the bathtub.

Bathtub

This is the finished product. The chemical we use is an Aliphatic Acrylic Polyurethane Enamel, which is the ONLY chemical that should be used in our industry, and is used by 95% of the professional refinishing companies throughout the USA.

Bathtub Refinishing

Our spray booths are 10' by 10' by 8' high. We use these booths to refinish objects brought to us by customers, refinishing of the claw footed bathtubs, and also use it in our training program.

Bathtub Refinishing

These are two oven doors and a cooktop that are harvest gold and are going to be refinished to bone.

 Cooktop Refinishing

These are the same oven doors and cooktop refinished to bone. Note how we dismantled the oven doors and cooktop. By doing this you have a permanent seal, as well as looking more professional.

Cooktop Refinishing

These are the same oven doors and cooktop refinished to bone and put back together, waiting to be picked up by the customer. Generally it takes us 3-4 days to complete an item once it is brought to us (excluding bathtubs).

Stove Refinishing

This is a commode top that a customer broke in five pieces, since it is a discontinued color, she would have to change her entire bathroom to match a new commode, so we are going to glue it back together and refinish it.

Toilet Top Refinishing

This is the commode top repaired and refinished.

Toilet Top Refinishing

This is a commode being etched with our acid etch. Note how we also etch the inside of the commode. We are the only company in Illinois that uses a chemical that will hold up to constant water on the inside of a commode, and will warranty the commodes. If this process holds up to constant water, just think of how it will hold up on your bathtub.

Toilet Refinishing

This is the same commode refinished to American Standard Bone.

Toilet Refinishing

This is a 60 year old pedestal sink that has been refinished and put on display in our showroom. We also buy, refinish and resell clawed bathtubs and various pedestal sinks.

Sink Refinishing

This is an old fashioned clawed bathtub (60 years old). You can see the damaged porcelain on the inside of the bathtub.

Clawed Bathtub Refinishing

This is a top view of the same clawed bathtub refinished with our chemical process.

Clawed Bathtub Refinishing

This is a side view of the clawed bathtub. On the outside, we sandblasted, then refinished the cast iron with a semi-gloss enamel. This makes the white "high gloss" porcelain inside the bathtub stand out more.

We also sell our chemicals to other industries such as the marine, truck, and auto industries, as well as industrial equipment refinishers.

This is a "before" picture of a John Deere front end loader before we refinished it.

Truck Tractor Refinishing

This is an "after" picture of the same John Deere front end loader refinished with our chemicals. We have also refinished trucks, boats, and equipment such as this front end loader through our refinishing company.

Truck Tractor Refinishing

We ship out all of our chemicals (throughout the USA) through UPS, which picks up at our warehouse daily.
